Legacy Park’s 133 units were pre-sold at Highpoints’ recent sales event at Rattle fish Bar and Grill. The firms President, James Landers, was very pleased with the results. “We anticipated strong demand for the community but were overwhelmed with the results we achieved. The sales team did a phenomenal job explaining the value proposition to the community”. The firm plans to break ground on the development in the next few months and start delivering units in the multi-phase project in 2006.
